In this gripping installment of The Equalizer series, McCall must face his past as a soldier when his former commanding officer is killed.
Robert McCall is a man with a past. A past that he has tried to forget, but one that has come back to haunt him in the form of his former commanding officer, Colonel James McCallister. When McCallister is killed in action, McCall is forced to confront his own demons and the choices he made during his time in the military.
McCall knows that he cannot let McCallister's death go unpunished, but he also knows that he cannot simply go after the people responsible without putting himself and his loved ones in danger. He must find a way to bring justice to McCallister's memory while also protecting those he cares about.
As McCall investigates McCallister's death, he uncovers a web of corruption and deceit that reaches all the way to the highest levels of power. He must use all of his skills and resources to fight back against those who are responsible, and he must do so without losing his own humanity.
Killed in Action is a gripping and intense thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. Robert McCall is a complex and compelling character, and his journey to find justice for his former commanding officer is one that will resonate with readers of all ages.
